How to find the request feature

In the "Client" mode you can reach the project request page in four different ways.

The first way is to click on the little circle with a basket icon located on the left side of the screen. This option will be only visible while you are in the “Client” mode.

Another way is by scrolling down the main page also and press the “Request free of charge” button.

The third way to access this page is by clicking on the “Prices’’ menu at the top of the homepage. From there you will be able to start the process by clicking the “Request without obligation’’ button.

In the fourth and last option, click on the menu "About" and select the item "Start project request".

Now that you know how to access the project request page, we can continue with looking in detail at the process.

How to request a project step by step

If you want to make a request as a guest, the first thing to do is fill in your personal details including your name, email address, and optionally, your phone code, and phone number.

Once you are done, you can move on with configuring your project.

First, you must select one of eight main categories.

The next step is to further specify your selection by selecting a subcategory.

Depending on your choice, you need to make further specifications. For example, if you have chosen “Academic text types”, you also have to indicate the nature of the text, i.e. theoretical or empirical, the number of pages, the subject area, a language, a deadline, and a topic.

The last step before you can send us your request is to choose a milestone. The idea of the milestone principle is to provide you with the comfortable possibility of partial payment in the case of extensive projects. The maximum number of milestones that you can choose is five.

Congratulations. You’ve made it through the configuration process. Now, simply click the “Send Request’’ button and that’s it. We will get back to you as soon as possible by sending you a binding offer via email.
